Introduction

The executive search and recruitment advisory arm of PreciseHire Associates will provide executive search and recruitment advisory services to clients on-demand. We will work with companies to place professionals in middle management and senior management roles throughout Africa. We also handle the placement of C-Level executives in different companies and different industries throughout Africa. From our base in Lagos, Nigeria, we will assist companies to execute their strategies by ensuring that they have access to the best talent on the continent.

It is  clear to  African businesses and multinationals operating in Africa that the single most important criteria to succeed in the current global market place is not the extent of political connections that the company has but the intellectual capital available to a company. Board Advisory Services

The board advisory services group will place experienced professionals on request by clients in executive and non – executive director positions. The group will also assist in the placement of independent directors for companies that make this request.

There is an increasing demand for this service due to the increased regulatory scrutiny for publicly quoted companies across Africa and rules governing the adoption of corporate governance codes by different regulatory agencies in Africa. The Board Advisory services group will advise on issues relating to board appointments, board succession and the appointment of independent directors. 

Legal Recruitment Advisory Services

Our legal recruitment advisory group has an unrivaled database of lawyers in Africa that no other executive search company has access to. This database has been developed over a 10 year period by the founders of the firm.

We hold one promise true to our clients; no other firm has an understanding of the market for corporate, compliance and transactional lawyers in Africa. We have direct access and contact with a lot of passive candidates that are not actively seeking out new professional opportunities. The proprietary database does not only consist of African attorneys and attorneys of African origin that are working in different jurisdictions worldwide, it also consists of different international lawyers that have good experience doing transactions and deals on the African continent.

We have direct access to African lawyers from Lagos to Johannesburg, New York, Riyadh, Dubai, London, Washington DC to name a few locations.
