The board advisory services group will place experienced professionals on request by clients in executive and non – executive director positions. The group will also assist in the placement of independent directors for companies that make this request.
There is an increasing demand for this service due to the increased regulatory scrutiny for publicly quoted companies across Africa and rules governing the adoption of corporate governance codes by different regulatory agencies in Africa. The Board Advisory services group will advise on issues relating to board appointments, board succession and the appointment of independent directors.

We have direct access and contact with a lot of passive candidates that are not actively seeking out new professional opportunities. The proprietary database does not only consist of African attorneys and attorneys of African origin that are working in different jurisdictions worldwide, it also consists of different international lawyers that have good experience doing transactions and deals on the African continent.
We have direct access to African lawyers from Lagos to Johannesburg, New York, Riyadh, Dubai, London, Washington DC to name a few locations.
